Back in September a live version of the song Distant Friend recorded with an orchestra and released as a single in memory of Kevin’s Mom who died of pancreatic cancer. This single was released on her birthday and all the money raised from this single was donated to PanCAN to help end pancreatic cancer. The band announced they are going through other songs recorded at that event and might release it as a EP.
It was a really cool show, I doubt we will ever do anything like that again, so would be cool to have it as a EP to remember it, also for the people who didn’t get to be there. -Jay
